Research Methods & Objectives

We began our research wanting to explore users experiences and pain points while managing one’s physical and mental health. We utilized methods of both Competitive Research and User Interviews to gain a variety of insights.

Objectives

1

Determine what tools work best (or is commonly used) for the user and what hurdles they experience while working towards their goals.

2

Understand how health and fitness fits into daily (work) life.

3

Learn what may cause the user to de-prioritize or stop practicing a healthy habit or routine.

Learn how the user goes about researching a health problem to find a solution.

4

While researching competitors products and features implemented, we were able to discover areas where we could expand into and direction as to how it can be well executed.
